Dati dei partecipanti

L'acquisto dei biglietti avviene sulla piattaforma di biglietteria collegata a questo sito, che raccoglie i dati necessari al pagamento secondo la propria informativa. Per organizzare l'evento riceviamo i dati dei partecipanti: nome, cognome, email, telefono, tipologia di Pass e, per i posti nominativi, il nominativo da indicare.

I dati di pagamento (ad esempio i numeri della carta) sono gestiti esclusivamente dalla piattaforma e dai suoi fornitori di servizi di pagamento: Core SRL non vi ha accesso.

Esigenze alimentari (Pass Luxury)

Per la Cena di Gala puoi comunicarci, se vuoi, eventuali esigenze alimentari. Se queste informazioni riguardano la salute (ad esempio allergie o intolleranze), le trattiamo solo con il tuo consenso esplicito e unicamente per organizzare il servizio.

Immagini e riprese durante l'evento

L'evento viene fotografato e filmato: la registrazione video integrale è inclusa nel Pass VIP e nel Pass Luxury, e alcune immagini possono essere usate per comunicare l'evento. Nelle riprese della sala potresti comparire. All'ingresso trovi un'informativa specifica e l'indicazione delle aree in cui non si effettuano riprese ravvicinate del pubblico.

Perché li trattiamo e su quale base giuridica

È obbligatorio fornire i dati?

I dati di navigazione vengono raccolti automaticamente. I dati necessari per rispondere alle richieste e per partecipare all'evento sono indispensabili: senza di essi non possiamo darti seguito. Il consenso per le comunicazioni promozionali e per le esigenze alimentari è facoltativo e non influisce sulla partecipazione all'evento.

A chi comunichiamo i dati

I dati possono essere trattati, per nostro conto e nei limiti delle loro funzioni, da:

• il fornitore di hosting del sito (Netlify, Inc.);
• la piattaforma di biglietteria usata per la vendita dei Pass;
• i fornitori dei servizi dell'evento, come la struttura che lo ospita, il servizio di ristorazione e il servizio di transfer, limitatamente ai dati necessari;
• i professionisti che ci assistono in ambito fiscale, contabile e legale;
• le autorità, quando previsto dalla legge.

I dati non vengono diffusi né venduti a terzi.

Trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione Europea

Il fornitore di hosting Netlify, Inc. ha sede negli Stati Uniti ed è certificato nell'ambito dell'EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, riconosciuto adeguato dalla Commissione Europea (art. 45 GDPR). Altri eventuali trasferimenti fuori dall'Unione avvengono solo con le garanzie previste dagli artt. 45-46 del GDPR, come le clausole contrattuali standard.

Per quanto tempo conserviamo i dati

• Dati di navigazione: per il tempo strettamente necessario alla sicurezza e al funzionamento del sito, secondo le impostazioni del fornitore di hosting.
• Richieste di informazioni: fino a 12 mesi dall'ultimo contatto, salvo che ne nasca un rapporto contrattuale.
• Dati dei partecipanti: per la durata del rapporto e, per gli obblighi fiscali e contabili, per 10 anni (art. 2220 del Codice Civile).
• Esigenze alimentari: fino alla conclusione dell'evento, poi vengono cancellate.
• Comunicazioni promozionali: fino alla revoca del consenso.

I tuoi diritti

In qualsiasi momento puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, di rettificarli o cancellarli, di limitarne il trattamento, di riceverli in un formato strutturato (portabilità) e di opporti ai trattamenti basati sul legittimo interesse (artt. 15-22 GDPR). Puoi revocare il consenso in ogni momento, senza conseguenze sui trattamenti già effettuati.

What data we process

Browsing data

When you visit the website, the hosting provider's systems automatically record some technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request, pages visited. This is needed to run the website and protect it from abuse; we do not use it to identify or profile you.

Data you give us

If you contact us, we process the data you provide: first name, last name, email, phone number and the content of your request.

Luxury Pass requests do not go through this website: they are sent directly to Ivan Romano's team via Telegram. The data you share in that conversation is processed by Telegram under its own privacy policy and by Ivan Romano's team to answer your request.

Attendee data

Tickets are purchased on the ticketing platform linked from this website, which collects the data needed for payment under its own privacy notice. To organise the event we receive attendee data: first name, last name, email, phone, Pass type and, for named seats, the name to be shown.

Payment data (such as card numbers) is handled only by the platform and its payment providers: Core SRL has no access to it.

Dietary requirements (Luxury Pass)

For the Gala Dinner you may tell us about any dietary requirements. If this information concerns your health (for example allergies or intolerances), we process it only with your explicit consent and solely to organise the service.

Photos and filming during the event

The event is photographed and filmed: the full video recording is included in the VIP and Luxury Passes, and some images may be used to promote the event. You may appear in footage of the room. At the entrance you will find a specific notice and the areas where close-up filming of the audience does not take place.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

Do you have to provide your data?

Browsing data is collected automatically. The data needed to answer requests and to attend the event is essential: without it we cannot follow up. Consent to promotional messages and to dietary requirements is optional and does not affect your attendance.

Who we share data with

Data may be processed on our behalf, and only as far as their role requires, by:

• the website hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.);
• the ticketing platform used to sell the Passes;
• the event's service providers, such as the venue, catering and transfer services, limited to the data they need;
• the professionals who assist us with tax, accounting and legal matters;
• public authorities, where required by law.

Data is not published or sold to third parties.

Transfers outside the European Union

The hosting provider Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised as adequate by the European Commission (Art. 45 GDPR). Any other transfer outside the Union takes place only with the safeguards set out in Articles 45-46 GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

• Browsing data: only as long as needed for the security and operation of the website, according to the hosting provider's settings.
• Information requests: up to 12 months from the last contact, unless a contract follows.
• Attendee data: for the duration of the relationship and, for tax and accounting purposes, for 10 years (Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).
• Dietary requirements: until the end of the event, then deleted.
• Promotional messages: until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a structured format (portability) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15-22 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise your rights, write to Core SRL at the registered office address given under “Data controller”. We will reply within one month.

If you believe the processing breaches the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice, for example if we introduce new services or tools on the website. The version in force is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
